Marches are an effective and simple. It is beginner friendly, and you are also able to do them any where! Marching is a great way to warm up, improve your body mechanics, and start activating your muscles.

Here are reasons why you should be doing marches.

  • They loosen up your hip flexors (improved movement)

  • Engages your core

  • Creates stability

  • Develops balance

  • Activates your lower body muscles.

Here are 4 different ways you can march!

1) Standing March
